Each party kit will make a dozen or more servings of proper Kir Royale, with plenty of remaining creme de cassis to drizzle over ice cream, use in desserts or other cocktails, or keep in a cool place to use for the coming years. 
 
Included: 
1 bottle of the finest Creme de Cassis available, from a small family producer in Southern Burgundy's Savigny-les-Beaune appeltion. At 19% alc, this is the real deal version of the category. Intense with tannic but sweet black currant depth and richness. A 1/2 ounce for every 4-5 oz glass of Champange or Blanquette provides a classic experience. But if you have a sweet tooth or are trying to partner the cocktail with a fruity or chocolaty dessert, use up to one ounce per glass of bubbly.
