A gorgeous, aromatic Sangiovese from vines that range in age from 20 to 50 years in age. Planted in a mix of clay and limestone soils at an elevation of 850 feet allowing for cool breezes from the Adriatic sea. Pairs well with: Pasta with Tomato-Based Sauce, Eggplant Parmesan, Pasta Marinara
