100% Sauvignon Blanc from the lower lying sister appellation to Sancerre, Menetou-Salon. The wind is riper, showcasing more fruit and less flinty acidity, but is still the same delicious cool climate Sauvignon we have come to love. Pair it with fried cod tacos topped with pickled red cabbage.
 
Domaine Chavet et Fils Menetou-Salon la Côte has been in existence since the 17th century. The estate was fiercely family driven, handing down ancestral plots of vines and focusing on traditional winemaking methods. For generations, they've tended Sauvignon Blanc vines and learned its secretes, producing exceptional wines with character and nuance.
