This Vin Mute is a ground-breaking entry into the Floc category from the regal Chateau de Leberon estate in Tenareze. Made from 100% Colombard wine fortified with the house's Armagnac and put into solera in 1987! You've never tasted anything quite like this. Notes include bitter orange, clover honey, dried apricots, red licorice, a hint of brown butter, butterscotch and spices. Mix with Champagne for a decadent yet simple cocktail, serve as a dessert or a sublime drink after a great meal, preferably with an eclectic selection of cheeses. Beautiful stuff.
