Gimonnet–Gonet can be traced back to two families in the Côte des Blancs, bound by their passion for Chardonnay. Ever since their very first wine in the early 20th century, the foundation of the brand in 1986 and now the next generation taking the reins, the winery's legacy has always been to showcase every terroir and every grape variety with authenticity and precision.
 
The Gimonnet–Gonet vineyard runs from the Côte des Blancs to the Vallée de la Marne with a variety of plots growing smooth Chardonnay and rich Pinot. Every grape variety and terroir has its own personality and every generation of vine growers has passed down the same care and respect for nature to produce authentic and complex champagne.

It all begins with the vines at Gimonnet–Gonet: every grape is grown with care and respect for the vintage year. Nature guides the harvests and winemaking process with a focus on perfect ripeness and aromatic purity. The winery uses its variety of plots and single-plot winemaking to bottle the unique personality of every terroir and make balanced, authentic and complex wine.
