CHAMPAGNE, FRANCE

Cépages: 60 % Pinot Noir - Marne Valley 40 % Chardonnay - Côte des Blancs
Vinification: Fermentation alcoolique à 17°c Fermentation malolactique complète

Crus: Troissy, Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Epernay

TASTING NOTES & PROFILE

Appearance: Extremely fine, active perlage with a radiant clarity.

Aroma: A balance of yellow orchard fruits, citrus zest, and country flowers, accompanied by a subtle

smoky and yeasty depth from the extended lees aging.

Palate: Clean, fresh, and elegant. The luscious, gourmand fruit character of the Pinot Noir hits the front palate, which is immediately balanced by the signature saline minerality and razor-sharp chalkiness of the Grand Cru Chardonnay.

SERVING & PAIRING SUGGESTIONS

Service Tip: This Champagne benefits immensely from air and a wider glass. Avoid serving it in narrow flutes; instead, use a wide white wine glass or a tulip-shaped glass, and serve it slightly warmer than fridge temperature to let the aromas expand.
