"Trinch" is named after the German word for "cheers!” Organically grown Cabernet Franc vines rooted in clay-limestone soils in the heart of Bourgueil. 2023 vintage stays true to the cuvée’s ethos: youthful, fresh, and terroir-transparent. No additions, minimal sulfur, and a light touch in the cellar preserve the wine’s vivid aromatics of raspberry, red currant, and wild herbs. The texture is supple yet energetic, Pair it with pâté, grilled sausages, lentil salads, or a simple roast chicken.
